Stock Rules (Read Before Using!)

1. NOTIFY US.
^{Preferably by comment on the photo you used, but a note or comment on the main page will be fine as well. Just as long as you let us know! We'll your work that uses our photos.}

2. CREDIT US.
^{There must be a link in the artist's comments that credits this account. Put either : iconmissninja-stock : or : devmissninja-stock : without the spaces for a proper link.}
Any images using our stock without credit will be reported as a violation and removed.

3. THE IMAGE MUST BE ALTERED.
^{This means NO simple filters or coloring changes. You must make our photo yours by manipulation. Be creative. Our photos may not be uploaded to the photography category.}

4. YOU MAY USE OUR PHOTOS AS REFERENCE.

5. FOR PRINT USAGE:
^{You no longer need to ask for prints permission as long as all of our other rules are followed. However, we would love to know if you've turned one of your works with our stock into a print.}

6. NO PORNOGRAPHIC OR HATEFUL IMAGES.
^{The model is fourteen years old, and anything sexual will violate dA policy. Please find other images for use in  such works. Also, anything racist, sexist, or offensive to a group of people or to the model herself is inappropriate and is not allowed to be created with our stock. However, the model has decided that dark, horror/macabre art is absolutely fine.}

7. FOR USE OUTSIDE dA:
^{Permission will almost always be granted- please send us a link before using elsewhere, though.}

8. COMMERCIAL USE OUTSIDE dA WILL NOT BE GRANTED IN ANY  CASE.
^{I hate to put this restriction, but the model is only 14. Therefore, commercial use other than dA prints will never be allowed.}

9. HAVE FUN AND BE CREATIVE!




Unrestricted stock can be used for both personal and commercial projects, but it cannot be redistributed as stock. You are not required to obtain permission prior to using the stock off site or in DA prints. The only requirements are that the stock provider be notified and credited.

Basically, the only rules are to CREDIT this account and NOTIFY US that you've used the stock- I'd also appreciate knowing if it is a print and/or if it is used off site, but you do not need to ask permission for either of these things.
